Winners of the KeyShot 5-Minute Rendering Contest

by | Jun 23, 2011 | 0 comments

What can be done with KeyShot in 5 minutes? You’d be surprised. You may have seen what Mike Doell did with the iCufflink, and that took a whole 10 minutes. Just last week, we held a contest at Planet PTC with our friends from INTEL and GrabCAD. We gave the participants 5 minutes to show what they could whip out in KeyShot 2. With some stiff competition between render pros and KeyShot newcomers, we have 3 winners and 2 honorable mentions. Take a look!

The winners

Dennis Sauro – Kensey Nash Corp.

Ken Fester – Kensey Nash Corp.

Mario Sandate – Corning Cable Systems

Honorable Mentions

Jeremy Wesner

John Jacobsen

All 3 winners will receive:

  • 1 iPod Nano 8GB
  • 1 Ultimate one wrist watchband from www.quadmountain.com (designed with Creo, rendered in KeyShot)

In addition, all participants will receive a 20% discount on their next KeyShot purchase.

The Clock Wave Model

A special thanks to Benjamin Garson who modeled the Clock. If you’re interested in doing your own rendering of the clock, you can download the model from GrabCAD.

Thanks to everyone who participated and stay tuned for more contest announcements and cool prizes coming your way from KeyShot!
