The Winners of the GrabCAD / IDSA Render Challenge

by | Apr 24, 2013 | 0 comments

Over the past month, we’ve been anticipating the results of the IDSA “CAD” (Color Aided Design) Rendering Challenge on GrabCAD. The Challenge garnered the most entires to date of any other challenge on the site, with nearly 600 submissions in total. The range of creativity and imagination was astounding, with compositions ranging from automotive to jewelry, LEGO’s, robots, aircraft and more! Luxion sponsored the challenge giving away four seats to the top four renderings. In addition, first place walked away with KeyShot+Animation, a custom spec build from BIKEID and a free pass to the 2013 Northeast District Design Conference last week in Hartford, Connecticut, where the winners were first announced. Here are all the winners along with their rendering!
