SpaceClaim and KeyShot have a lot in common. They’re both easy to use and able to import more 3D file formats than any other 3D software. They also work together seamlessly. Here’s an overview our pals at SpaceClaim put together with a brief introduction to the software and how the models transfer quickly over to KeyShot with all the materials retained.

SpaceClaim and KeyShot

I’ve always enjoyed working with SpaceClaim as a quick way to conceptualized product designs. This a a nice addition to have in that workflow. Within SpaceClaim, you can apply KeyShot materials prior to export, make any adjustment you need on the model, then export the model directly to KeyShot to create that snazzy photorealistic rendering or animation.
