We’re excited to bring you the first KeyShot World of 2024, taking place in Long Beach, Calif. on April 30. You’ll get to discover new strategies for improving your designs, network with fellow creative professionals, and learn from some seriously impressive experts. Featured speakers include:

Heidi Lim, Senior Industrial Designer NVIDIA

Heidi Lim is from the Motor City and has been living in Silicon Valley for the past ten years. She is a Senior Industrial Designer, managing package design for NVIDIA’s award-winning design team. NVIDIA, a leading technology company best known for its graphics processing units (GPUs) in the gaming market, is now venturing into the AI market.  NVIDIA has also expanded into consumer electronics product lines, many of which Heidi has supported. Heidi graduated from the College of Creative Studies in Detroit, one of the most prestigious design schools in the country, where she was named a Senior Select by the Product Design department.

Mike James, Managing Principal

Thomas, Burke & Others

Mike James is the Managing Principal of TB&O, a creative imaging studio, located near San Francisco. Mike and his team have been using KeyShot for the past 14 years to create photo-real renders of their client’s products. In addition to rendering still images, TB&O uses KeyShot to create animation, video, interactive web experiences and product configurators for their national and international clients. TB&O has been an active product photography studio for 52 years and still does traditional photography and post-production. Mike is a digital artist, modeler and photographer with a background in computer science. Every morning Mike looks forward to moving millions of pixels around to make “the unreal” photo-real.

Oliver Yu, Digital Media Designer

PDP Gaming

Oliver Yu is an avid gamer with a love for photography, lighting, and 3D visualization. He works for PDP, a video game accessories manufacturer, where he designs and creates image and video assets for video game controllers, cases, and headsets for Sony Playstation, Microsoft Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. With a strong foundation in both traditional and digital arts, including painting, sculpting, photography, illustration, branding, and packaging design, Laura combines these skills with KeyShot to produce elegantly stylized visuals that enhance product feature legibility.

Tyler Anderson, Director & Partner; Ryan Krause, Director & Partner

Render Weekly & Sample Studio

Render Weekly was started in 2018 by Ryan Krause and Tyler Anderson, two industrial designers finishing their undergraduate degrees in industrial design. Since then, Render Weekly has become the largest online community for industrial design rendering and continues to grow with new designers participating every week. Every week, the team creates a design prompt of their own original design and invites other designers to show their own version of the prompt. The best submissions get featured and promoted via their Instagram feed.
