Animation of the Week: Robot Carousel by Steve Talkowski

by | Apr 29, 2014 | 0 comments

Steve Talkowski is on a roll with the bots he created during March of Robots. While beta testing KeyShot 5, Steve created a simple turntable animation with a touch of a new feature you’ll see in the new version of KeyShot–10 Social Media Bots put into a circular pattern using KeyShot’s geometry instancing. All bots are completely independent of each other and add no additional weight to the file. With different materials applied to each, Steve set them to turning with your standard carousel music of drum and organs. Have a look then head over to see his KeyShot setup used during the March of Robots sketch/model/render marathon he took part in.
