If you live near Hamburg, Germany, mark your calendars for CGI International Workshop 2014 coming up next week, February 20 – 21st, at Briese Studios in Northeast Hamburg just off the 5. There are an incredible amount of speakers at this year’s event ranging from design studios and software companies to photographers and industrial designers. Among the speakers are two who will be speaking on their process and how they use KeyShot. Here are the details.
KeyShot – Fast and Accurate Visualization for Design Construction and Marketing
Presented by: Martin Dürr – Photography / Illustration / Fine Art
Time: 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. / 21.02.2014
Martin will speak on using KeyShot in his visuals showing how it’s the best 3D rendering software to create fast and accurate visualizations, demonstrating the robust architecture and strong integration with other 3D products.
Creating on the “Go”
Presented by: Mikael Lugnegard – Concept / Industrial Designer
Time: 15:50 – 16:20 p.m. / 21.02.2014
Mikael will speak about the new possibilities of creating on the “go” with tools like Wacom’s Cintiq Companion and show us how this new technology fits into his pipeline using software like Photoshop, ZBrush, Maya and KeyShot.
Doors open for the event at 08:30, both Thursday and Friday morning, limited to a maximum of 350 participants. Lectures begin at 9:30 with Matthias Langner of photo4d kicking things off. A workshop party and networking session will follow each day of the conference at 17:45.
