We’re excited to bring you an improved KeyShot Dock platform today. Here’s what’s new.
Accelerate marketing processes with Frontify integration
Are you a Frontify user? With our new Frontify integration you can now connect KeyShot Dock directly to Frontify for an automated synchronization of approved assets between the two platforms. This integration prevents marketers from using outdated materials, reduces manual tasks and eliminates the risk of human error by automating asset transfers. Improve your time-to-market and publish always up-to-date assets with our Frontify connector.
Improve asset navigation through visual categorization
Managing many asset types and categories can be a hassle if the structure is not in place. With the new Asset Categories feature, you can group assets more effectively by adding customized color-coded labels directly to the asset card and it appears in your tile view. This makes it easy to identify and filter assets quickly and group assets based on specific criteria.
Track configuration changes with new System Audit Trail
If you are a system administrator, you may have faced questions tracking configuration changes like; who created a new rendition? When was a metadata field renamed? Identifying these changes and troubleshooting issues can be time-consuming if you don’t have access to an overview. With the new System Audit Trail feature, you have full visibility into every configuration change made within KeyShot Dock. This feature offers an unalterable, indefinitely stored log that tracks all adjustments, providing you with reliable data on when and by whom each change was made. Access comprehensive logs, review configuration history to identify and address problems faster and restore previous configurations with ease if needed.
Gain deeper insights with enhanced statistics and data export
Performance data is key to identify improvement areas and new opportunities within your assets. We have expanded our Insights Dashboard to monitor file size distribution of source materials, thumbnail processing times and user counts within user types. These data points are now accessible in real-time in the Insights Dashboard, displayed in tables or graphs for easy viewing. Additionally, with KeyShot Dock API, you can effortlessly export the raw data in an open format (Apache Parquet), making it compatible with your BI solution.
