Irvine, California, Feb 10, 2010 – Luxion, the leading developer of advanced rendering and lighting technology, today introduced KeyShot 1.9, the long awaited release of the original HyperShot software. The new release is the foundation build of the new software that will soon feature a new user interface, many new rendering features, 3D file import and significant performance improvements.

KeyShot 1.9 is available for immediate purchase. For more information please visit www.keyshot.com/.

KeyShot 1.9 is an all new application built on Luxion’s production-proven interactive realtime raytracing and global illumination technology. Now even faster, KeyShot 1.9 further breaks down the complexity of creating photographic images from 3D models. With the same great ease-of-use you remember in Hypershot, KeyShot 1.9 gives anybody involved with 3D data the ability to create photographic images in a matter of seconds, independent of the size of the digital model. Available for PC and Mac, KeyShot 1.9 delivers amazing “shots” without the need for special graphics cards.

Availability
KeyShot 1.9 is available immediately. Existing HyperShot customers can upgrade to KeyShot 1.9 free of charge. All Hypershot customers with subscriptions will automatically receive the upgrade to KeyShot 1.9. For more information please contact sales@keyshot.com.
