We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible, so want to make sure you are aware of how we handle sales and refunds. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to purchases you make. And if you have any questions, just use one of the methods below to contact us. Just remember, by placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

KeyShot Product Sales

We’re committed to quality and unmatched support, that’s why KeyShot and all KeyShot products are sold exclusively through this website (keyshot.com) and verified KeyShot Resellers. KeyShot product purchases made through third-party sales are not covered within this return policy.

Standard Return Policy

We’re convinced you’ll love KeyShot. We believe this because of the thought and development put into the product and what users tell us they are able to do with KeyShot. You may want to ask our support team a question first, but in that unlikely event you would prefer a refund, here are the terms related to returning a product.

  • Purchases of KeyShot and KeyShot Add-ons from the online store may be returned within 15 days if not activated.
  • The following products are not eligible for return: KeyShot Maintenance.

Cancellation Period

Since the purchase of KeyShot products is immediate with a license being delivered by email right after the purchase is complete, cancellation of an order works a little different. If you realized you made a mistake in your order, or ordered the wrong product, just contact sales@luxion.com and the licensing team will be able to cancel, refund or update your order and correct the mistake.

Shipping & Packing Costs

Since KeyShot products are a delivered via digital download, there is no shipping or packing costs associated with the orders. At checkout, under ‘Shipping Method’, you may see the term “Email Shipping’. This is to let you know that you will receive your download and license information via email.

Charge for Refunded Product

Luxion does not charge a digital product or restocking fee for cancelled or refunded products. If you see any fees associated with a refund, this will not come from Luxion, but may be initiated by your bank or credit card company.

Products Purchased Through a KeyShot Reseller

For KeyShot products purchased through a certified KeyShot reseller, please contact them directly about refunds or cancellations. You can find the contact for our resellers at keyshot.com/locate-resellers/.
