KeyShot Cloud: Log In Issues

I have just set up my KS Cloud account and when i try to log in to 'KeyShot Cloud Authetification', it loads to 19% and then stops. Thus I cannot access the cloud. I checked my emails to see if I needed to verify my account that way first, but nothing. Anybody else experiencing this issue?

Hello Luke,

You will receive an activation email after registering. I can see that it was sent to you, but you didn't open it. Maybe you didn't actually receive it? Can you check your spam folders just to make sure?

In any case i can see that the activation code has timed out now.

when i click on keyshot cloud i get a warning saying: "was unable to cantact server. please try again in a few minutes".

i get this massage for 2 weeks now!

is the cloud down?

Hello techdoku,

You will get that message if loading a page takes more than 10 seconds.
Could you try sending me your KeyShot log file?

No, the Cloud service has not been down at all.

Hi techdoku,

The error means that you are using a proxy that is not setup correctly.
This is very important because the cloud will try to connect through it as well, just like KeyShot in general.

If you don't need a proxy then try turning it off, otherwise re-check the credentials.

I am also having an issue with Keyshot cloud. I haven't received an activation email at all, but my account is apparently registered yet I can't log in. If possible, could you resend an activation email please?

Hello Chris,

I replied to your email just now.

You registered your account but it wasn't activated before I just did so now. I checked the mail log and it had sent several emails to you on the 12th of August.
Please check if the mails reside in your SPAM folder.

You can just reply on the email instead of here.
