I am not sure it needs blood, lighting and mood would be of more benefit to me, then add things from that point

Final entry. Minimal post processing was done in PhotoShop - Background and some color grading. Currently rendering out a VR turntable as well. This one will be untouched and directly from Keyshot, so you can see the difference.
Software used:
Zbrush 4R6
Keyshot 4.2.35
Photoshop CS6
