How to fix camera aspect Ratio in render option  to render in  1024*1024 pixels image render n please guys some help me to fix it .. :)

You will need to change this under "Settings".

And be sure to lock the aspect ratio on the settings tab after setting the size, and disable "Adjust aspect ratio to backplate" in Edit > Preferences > General.
