After trying to plug my v1.9 license code into v2.0 (error message), I emailed the license_request.txt file to Luxion.  Is this the proper protocol?  Looking forward to the new version.

Thomas,

Do we download from the same link as before to get the complete v2.0 with missnig libraries? Also, if I install over my existing installation do I still need to activate my license? For the record, when I downloaded and installed yesterday over my beta v2.0 I didn't have to activate anything. It fired right up.

I downloaded and did the license request thing, now I've got the demo.  I just purchased 1.9 a few days ago, how can I get 2 activated for real?

I give up. I just downloaded again. The file size was smaller than the previous install which seems odd if some libraries were missing. Regardless, I installed and still can't import 3ds files. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured out the license issue, I just used my license code from 1.9 and everything seemed to update well.  Now my issue is that I can't seem to import Rhino files directly.  I had to import my Rhino model into 1.9, then save it as a .bip, close 1.9 and open it from inside 2.0.  ?????

Download again and install. This will give you the ability to read in your Rhino files.

Jason, please contact support@luxion.com so we can look into this.

I already have. Twice. I even sent in my Keyshot Material Preview Object to Henrik which he was able to import in v2.0 on Mac with no problem. Still no resolution on my end. I have downloaded 3 times. Installed 3 times and still can't import 3ds files ( any ). Yet they all import just fine in 1.9.54

If there is something else you need me to do, please let me know and be specific and thanks as always.  :)

I downloaded keyshot2 and put in my serial and everything seemed to be ok. But now when I open keyshot2 I cannot see my model? If I hit render it renders and saves the file but their is no preview when I can add materials and change the camera..... Here is a screen shot of what I see.
How do I get my preview back?

I have found that I I have to resize the window to refresh/wake up KS2 every time I start.   It's all grey just like that.  Try dragging and resizing the window.
