Full texture mapping controls and proper decals

I've said it before many times but if you are coming from a CAD system you have no way to set these things up properly. If this is not feasible in Keyshot then can there not be a plug in developed that does this? Ideally I want to be able to design, say, a package as a plain matt white object, import to Keyshot and apply whatever textures and decals I require for labels, controlling texture size, shape, and being able to apply multiple textures to a single or multiple surfaces.

You know what I mean!
