[RESOLVED] keyshot for zbrush
« on: May 02, 2019, 08:56:10 pm »
I am thinking of purchasing "KeyShot for ZBrush" and "ZBrush to KeyShot Bridge".

https://store.pixologic.com/zbrush-plugins/single-user-license/

There are "PRO" and "HD", but is there no problem with "HD"?
My usage is to create illustrations.

Can "KeyShot for ZBrush" import textures created with "Substance Painter" and "Mari" into objects created with ZBrush?

I would like to load "Specular map", "Normal map", "Height", "Glossiness", "Diffuse" etc.

And there is one more question.
https://www.keyshot.com/features/integration/zbrush/

Can I try the free trial version of "KeyShot for ZBrush" from this site?

Hello Evolu,

Can I try the free trial version of "KeyShot for ZBrush" from this site?
  • You can get a trial for KeyShot Pro license by contacting [email protected] they will be able to provide a two-week trial. The trial will be the same as the one you would get from Pixologic but would be a full stand-alone trial that would allow you to import from other CAD software. The trials are the same but the Pixologic KeyShot is a special edition has all of KeyShot's features but is designed to work exclusively with the "ZBrush to KeyShot Bridge".
  • You would be able to compare the differences between KeyShot Pro and HD by viewing this link here https://www.keyshot.com/product-comparison/

  • You would be able to export files from Substance Painter that you should be able to use with KeyShot.
  • Would you be able to supply a sample of a Mari file? Also, can you tell me what file formats you are able to save or export files in?

thank you for your answer.
I was able to understand.
[MARI] seems to be usable also in [keyshot] which can be exported in jpg format.
