Then opened it in KS and applied solid glass material with roughness set to 0 and IOR set to 1,6.
In the end just apply some bump or normal texture, and set it to box map option, to give the bumpy look to the glass
In this case I used normal map texture that I have also used to render sea in this topic (you can download it from there, its the second one from the top, named water1-normal.jpg):
