Cannot connect to license server system

I have this problem for several days, cannot use keyshot.

Status Message:

lmstat - Copyright (c) 1989-2017 Flexera Software LLC. All Rights Reserved.
Flexible License Manager status on Thu 1/10/2019 14:46

Error getting status: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,570:36 "Operation now in progress")

What can I do?

System
Platform / OS: MacOS Mojave 10.14.2
KeyShot version: Keyshot 8.1.61 Pro Floating / XR / Network Rendering

    Hello Atlasaero,

    Considering this post dates back to January I really hope this issue was fixed. If not, please perform a status inquiry on your server and send us your log file at [email protected]

How to find the Log File:

  • Start the Luxion License Server
  • Go to the Install License Tab
  • Click License Folder, a folder will open
  • Send us the LUXION.log file Located in that folder

Please let me know if you have any questions.
