axes issue when i update the geometry

Hi everyone, i have this problem.

I've set a scene exporting a 3d model and importing it in an empty keyshot file (with keep original both for size and location). If i export any object from my rhino file and import it in the rendering scene, it works fine.

Now, I'm trying to use directly the rhino plugin to update the geometry. If i do that and apply the same materials to the geometry I have problems with the scale and the rotation of the labels. Rhino and keyshot have two different vertical axes (z for rhino and y for keyshot) so I have to rotate, scale and reset the position of each label in order to see it. The curious thing is that the cameras work perfectly and are not affected by this axes incongruity.

My question is, there is a way to match those axes?
