isn't it diffuse as paper with some bumps and dirt spots in the color?

Was not able to find one on the cloud so I thought I would ask and get some opinions. I'll try finding a paper material and see if I can twink it a little.

I gave this a try and was able to come up with something decent. I will use it for the time being until I get more of a understanding of how materials/textures work.
