Luxion is looking for a Channel Sales Support rep to join our Tustin, California office to provide high standards of customer service to our valuable partners.

We are looking for reps who are passionate about providing a high level of service, have a sense of urgency and are excellent at spotting and assessing customers’ needs to provide them with exceptional customer experience.

The role:

  • Provide our partners with a customer service experience that is in line with the company’s high values.
  • Manage various communication channels that generate customer enquiries e.g. emails, website messages and incoming calls
  • Continuously streamline business processes maintaining customer care with cross-functional teams. e.g. report quality issues relevant to parties to mitigate repeat problem in the future, feedback to the business our customer’s frequently asked questions etc.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with our customers through interactive communication.

  • Generate quotes and process purchase orders
  • Managing sales support for reseller channel; answering product related questions, provide daily sales support
  • Manage and update the CRM system
  • Assist with initiatives as directed by the Reseller Channel Manager


  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a sales support role
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Experience working independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Advance administration and organisation skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
