A question: when a mechanism is imported in Keyshot what can we do? Just turn on the “motor” and render an animation, or can we, say, drag parts with mechanism constraints enabled?

Hi Paolo. You can add more animations to the scene like dragging the parts, camera animations, turntable, etc. Currently you can’t modify the imported mechanism animation.

KeyShot doesn’t understand constraints. You can play the mechanism back, add KeyShot part and camera animations, and render it out.

    Great feature!
Do you have a guide on exporting the .fra file?
When pressing the “export playback to *.fra” pro e wf5 says “… has been written to disk”, but it is not to be found anywhere.

Look in your Pro/E start directory – where all the trail files are written as well.
